Tim Drake's father Jack Drake returns home, but the family reunion is cut short when Bruce Wayne and Robin decide to confront current Batman Jean Paul Valley about his extremely questionable actions.

Jack Drake is finally returning home, much to the delight of Tim. Tim tells Bruce of all that has happened during his absence; Bruce is disturbed by the news. Together, they break into the batcave and AzBats still refuses to see reason. Bruce decides he needs to retrain if he's to take back the mantle and he decides to train with Lady Shiva.
